SHIPPING – How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is FREE on all orders over $125 (before tax) Canada wide. If spending under $125 shipping is $9.99 Canada wide. U.S shipping is a flat rate of $12.99.
SIZING – How do I know which size to order?
To be sure you order the correct size, please refer to our size guide. Remember that loose fitting garments do not wear as well as those that conform to the body. We
always recommend when deciding between two sizes to go with the smaller size. Our customer service representatives are also available via phone or live chat to help find your perfect fit.
SWIMSUIT CARE – What is the best way to take care of my bathing suit so that it lasts as long as possible?
To keep your suits as good as new, rinse in cold water immediately after each use. Do not wash the suit with any detergent or put in a washing machine/dryer. Always hand-
dry your suit in a well-ventilated space, as mildew will cause premature deterioration of swimwear.
DEFECTIVE ITEM(S) – What do I do if I received a defective/damaged item?
If upon receiving your order you discover an item to be defective, please contact us immediately so we may investigate and resolve the issue. Please include your order number, product name and reason for defect when contacting us.
CANCELLATIONS – Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you may cancel your order up until the order has shipped at no penalty. After the item has been shipped, you will be responsible for shipping costs associated with returning the order.
TRACKING – How do I track my order?
Once your order is completed, you will receive a confirmation email with your Canada Post tracking number and a link to track your package. Can’t find your confirmation
email? Log into your account on www.purelyswim.com and go to your order history. Click on your most recent order and tracking information will be available there.
EXCHANGES – I ordered a size that does not fit me. What is the fastest way to get it exchanged for the correct size?
The fastest way to get the correct size shipped is to request a refund using our $9 EASY RETURNS process. Once you have followed this return procedure, you may go ahead and place a new order for the correct size. This ensures that we ship your product ASAP!
IN STORE PICKUP – Can I order online and pick it up in store?
Yes! When ordering online, select “Local Pickup” from our retail location at 1327 Wyandotte St. E., Windsor ON N9A 3K8. We will notify you when your order is ready for pickup.
