No problem! We make returns easy.
Please read our guidelines below to see if a return, refund, exchange, or price adjustment is best for you!

Do you qualify for $9 EASY RETURNS?

Please read the following before requesting a refund:

  • To protect our customers, we will only accept unused items in their original packaging with original tags and hygienic stickers attached.
  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery to be eligible for a refund.
  • Returns made between 31 to 60 days of delivery will receive a Purely Swim credit.
  • Returns over 60 days of delivery are not eligible for a refund.
  • Manufacturing defects for all items must be reported within 15 days upon delivery.
  • Items marked as FINAL SALE are not eligible for exchanges, refunds, or returns.
  • Once items have been inspected and approved for a refund, a refund will be issued towards the original method of payment minus $9 +tax.
  • US customers are not eligible for $9 Easy Returns. The customer will be responsible for shipping charges on all returns.
RETURN THROUGH CANADA POST:

Follow these 3 easy steps to return your item(s) through Canada Post.

  1. Fill out the return form. Please note our returns are handled by Ly Sports.
  2. Use Return ID: PR163080
  3. Print the return label and attach it to the outside of your parcel.
  4. Bring your parcel to any Canada Post location. Items with our return label will ship free of charge.

Once we have received your return, a full refund minus $9+ tax will be
issued to your original payment method.

RETURN TO OUR STORE:
  • Items purchased in store or online are eligible for a full refund or exchange
    when brought to our retail location at 1315 Wyandotte St E. Windsor, ON.
  • Please bring your order confirmation email/invoice (on your mobile device
    or printed) and the original payment method.
